SHIPPING POLICY

At Cajon Outdoors, we prioritize swift and dependable shipping to meet our customers' needs. We provide a variety of shipping options tailored to suit your requirements.

  • Standard Shipping:
    Our standard shipping service ensures delivery within 3-5 business days throughout Australia. All shipping charges will be applied as quoted, and our quotes remain valid for 3 days, subject to fuel excise rates.

  • Expedited Shipping:
    For customers seeking quicker delivery, our expedited shipping option is available. Please contact us at info@cajonoutdoors.com.au for an express shipping quote. This option is ideal for time-sensitive orders and last-minute gifts.

  • In-Store Pickup:
    For those living in proximity to our store, we offer convenient in-store pickup. Simply place your order online and select the in-store pickup option during checkout. You'll be notified via email once your order is ready for pickup, which can be scheduled at your convenience.

  • Rooftop Tent Shipping:
    Our rooftop tents, being larger and heavier, come with three shipping choices. Customers can opt to collect their rooftop tent from our warehouse, arrange delivery to a commercial address equipped with a forklift for unloading, or collect it from a designated freight depot. If you choose delivery to a commercial address or a freight depot, kindly note that it's your responsibility to manage the offloading process and dispose of any associated materials.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Cajon Outdoors, customer satisfaction is paramount. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, rest assured that we're here to assist you.

Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a seamless and effective return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:

  1. We accept returns exclusively for damaged or incorrect items.

  2. Any manufacturing defects will be addressed at Cajon Outdoors' expense or as mutually negotiated.

  3. We do not facilitate returns for change of mind.

  4. To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

RETURN PROCESS:

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at info@cajonoutdoors.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. In your email, include your order number and provide a brief description of the issue.

  2. Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with a return shipping label.

  3. Pack the item securely, attach the return shipping label, and return the item within 14 days of receiving the label.

  4. If the item was originally freighted to you, the freight company will arrange for the collection of the damaged item.

REFUNDS:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days upon receiving the returned item.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will also cover the return shipping expenses.

WARRANTY

At Cajon Outdoors, we have full confidence in the quality of our products and offer a 1-year manufacturing warranty starting from the date of purchase. If, by any rare chance, a product exhibits a manufacturing fault, the purchaser is entitled to have it repaired or receive reasonable compensation for any associated damages. Our team will conduct a thorough assessment and make a decision regarding repair, replacement, or compensation based on our discretion.

It is imperative to note that this warranty does not extend to issues arising from: improper use, faulty installation or modification, loss or damage, damage in transit, wear and tear, condensation, misuse, weather-related issues, punctured canvas, insufficient rust maintenance, UV damage, snapped zippers due to excessive force, mould, or wind damage. The onus rests upon the purchaser to undertake general maintenance and ensure the proper use of the product. Refunds or compensation will not be granted for issues resulting from the improper use of the product.

MAKING A CLAIM

To make a claim in relation to the above manufacturers warranty please ensure you retain your sales receipt of purchase. Please email us at info@cajonoutdoors.com.au stating the nature of your claim and we will be in touch with you shortly. Product subject to warranty will be sent to Cajon Outdoor Equipment Pty Ltd, 4B Yampi Way, Willetton WA 6155. All freight costs associated with return of product for assessment is payable by consumer.
