QuatroAir Pro: 4-Tire Hose Kit for Auto-Inflate and Deflate

Introducing the QuatroAir Pro 4-Tire Hose Kit by CAJON OUTDOORS:

Our innovative QuatroAir Pro 4-Tire Hose Kit is the result of extensive research and development in the realm of off-road tire inflation and deflation systems. We've painstakingly explored various designs available in the market, each leveraging different components in unique ways. Following four years of dedicated development, we've thoughtfully assembled the most efficient components that seamlessly integrate.

The QuatroAir Pro 4-Tire Hose Kit offers a portable and user-friendly solution for off-road tire inflation and deflation. It's designed to provide a plug-and-play experience, right out of the box, without the need for complex setup or installation. Simply stow it in your off-road vehicle and set out on your wheeling adventures!

With QuatroAir Pro, you can effortlessly adjust tire pressures without the inconvenience of relocating air hoses between tires or continually crouching to check tire pressures. Furthermore, this system enables you to easily equalize tire pressures across all your vehicle's tires, and it offers the flexibility to set varying PSI levels for your front and rear tires to suit your specific needs.

How to Use the QuatroAir Pro for Tire Inflation and Deflation:

The QuatroAir Pro Multi Tire Inflation Deflation Kit provides a straightforward and convenient solution for managing your tire pressures. Here's how to use it effectively:

1. Begin by removing the QuatroAir Pro from its durable and protective carrying bag. Ensure that the ball valve on the manifold is in the closed position.

2. Attach the four air chucks provided with the kit to the respective tires you wish to inflate or deflate.

3. To decrease tire pressure (air down), once the air chucks are connected to your chosen tires, open the ball valve on the manifold.

4. To increase tire pressure (air up), connect the ball valve to an air source, open the ball valve, and activate your air source. This will allow air to flow from your air source into all four of your tires.

5. If you want to check the PSI of your tires, follow these steps: Turn off your air source (particularly if it lacks a regulator or pressure switch), close the ball valve, wait for approximately 5 seconds to allow the tires to self-equalize, and then attach your QuatroAir Pro Digital Gauge to the valve stem on the manifold. The reading displayed on the gauge indicates the pressure for all of the connected tires.

How Do I Use the QuatroAir Pro to Inflate and Deflate My Tires?

Simplicity and convenience are key with a QuatroAir Pro, and that is exactly what you get! Just take the QuatroAir Pro out of its plush and rugged carrying bag, make sure the ball valve on the manifold is closed, and attach the 4 air chucks to your 4 tires.

In order to air down, once the air chucks are attached to the desired tires, open the ball valve!

To air up, connect the ball valve to an air source, open the ball valve, and turn on your air source. Air will flow from your air source, into all 4 of your tires.

To check the PSI of your tires, turn off your air source (if using an air source that does not have a regulator or pressure switch), close the ball valve, wait 5 seconds for the tires to self-equalize, then attach your QuatroAir Pro Digital Gauge to the valve stem on the manifold. The reading is what all of the connected tires are at.

QuatroAir Pro Off-Road 4 Tire Inflation Deflation Kit FAQs:

Q: Do I need a minimum volume output compressor to make the QuatroAir Pro work?

A: Nope, no minimum volume requirement! However, there is a maximum limit of roughly 20-25 CFM. This limitation is influenced by the valve stems on your tires. If you have high-flow valve stems, this limit can be significantly increased. Have you ever used a compressor where, while inflating, the gauge read a higher PSI than when the compressor was off? This suggests that your compressor delivers more air than your inflation system can handle. Typically, this occurs when about 4.5 CFM or more is directed into a single tire. This places strain on the compressor, causing it to work harder and generate more heat, which draws more power from your vehicle's battery. By dividing the airflow into four channels, QUADFlate reduces the pressure backlog on the compressor, resulting in cooler operation and an extended compressor lifespan.

Q: Is my compressor powerful enough to push air into all 4 tires at once?

A: Absolutely! If your compressor was previously able to inflate your tires, using a QuatroAir Pro Kit will be gentler on your compressor. Just ensure that your compressor is rated for the PSI you intend to put into your tires.

Q: Does the QuatroAir Pro Kit come with a gauge included?

A: Yes, the QuatroAir Pro Kit includes a gauge. This feature sets it apart from some other products on the market, as having a gauge can be quite useful for precise pressure measurement and control in various applications.

Q: I have more questions. Where can I get them answered?

A: You can reach out to us in multiple ways! Please allow 24-48 hours for a response, as we often find ourselves exploring remote mountainous areas for a few days at a time.
